The Lobster Fest, which follows the Diamond Island Regatta, takes place on Saturday, August 14, at 5:30 p.m., preceded by a Lake Champlain Maritime Museum and the DIR awards ceremony.
4:30 p.m. — Lake Champlain Maritime Museum presentation on “Prohibition in Vermont” (appropriately during a BYOB happy hour, with beer available for purchase!) followed by Diamond Island Regatta race awards!
5:30 p.m. — Lobster Fest! Join us under the open-sided tent at the Diamond Island Yacht Club at Point Bay Marina for our traditional Lobster Fest following the ninth annual Diamond Island Regatta.
Choose a 1 1/2-pound Lobster dinner ($30) or BBQ ribs ($25). Dinners include corn-on-the-cob, vegetarian salads, dessert and tea/lemonade, beer for purchase (to benefit Lake Champlain Maritime Museum) or BYOB!
Pictures/videos from that day’s Regatta will play throughout the evening. Raffle tickets (also benefiting the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum) will be available for prizes donated by Point Bay Marina, Helly Hansen, Hinesburgh Public House, West Marine and more!
